RD: How do I create a referral program?

1. For creating a referral program please login here and enter your email address as a username and your password. If you don’t have a password please contact us here. After you login you should click “manage” your specific event and after click “Referral Programs” as on screenshot.


After click “Create New Referral Program”


Please enter a name for your referral program - it will be visible for you only in the report. Add the necessary number of required referees and discount for referral - fixed/percentage and discount value. If you have a discount for a referee check the “Enable Discount for referee” and select the type - percentage/fixed and enter the discount value.


After you set up a referral program your customers will see a notification on the thankyou page with a call to action “Share your referral link” with your friends by entering an email address or social sharing via FB/Twitter. An example is on a screenshot:



After customer is sharing the referral link with a friend, the friend will get an email with events details and referee discount if applicable (example on the screenshot):



After a referee clicks on the register button from the email he will see a welcome popup with detailed instructions about the referral program. (see screenshot)
