RD: How do I create a multi-registrant discount?

For creating a referral program please login here and enter your email address as a username and your password. If you don’t have a password please contact us here. After you login you should click “manage” your specific event and after click “Coupons &  Multi-Registrants discount” as in the screenshot.

After clicking the “Multi-registrant discount” you will see the list of created discounts. You also can create a new “multi-registrant discount” by clicking “Create Multi-registrant Discount. 

Please enter a name for your multi-registrant discount - it will be visible for you only in the report. Add the necessary amount of registration discount and required number of registrants, select the sub-events. If you want to make the discount unlimited (example: 5+ registrants) please check the “Allow unlimited members”. If you want to set up a custom selling date please set it up - by default it will be pre-filled with a sub-events registration start/end date.

Also you can customize the way how the multi-registrant discounts will be combined with other coupon codes for your registrant. By default the multi-registrant discounts are not combined with other coupons. It means, if the user entered coupon codes additionally to multi-registrant discount the system will automatically choose the best offer for the registrant (the discount/coupon that will be greater). But If you want to get the registrant ability to combine - just check the checkbox and on the checkout page all multi-registrant discounts will be calculated additionally with the coupons.
