RD: Event Check-in system
On the “BIB” tab you can see the new customized link for accessing your participants list. You can do it manually by clicking the link or just scanning the QR code instead. Every link is protected by the 6-digit access code that is available on the “BIB” tab named “Volunteer Access Code”. You can easily re-generate the access code if you want.
After clicking the link you will see the list of your participants with one of two statuses - “check-in” (means that participant has not been checked in yet) or “checked-in” (means that participant has been checked in already).
The search by Name, Last Name or BIB number is available.
After you find a certain participant you can click on the Name and see details. If your event has a “BIB Chosen By User During Registration” or “Automatic sequential BIB assignment” the BIB number will be available for every user.
If you choose the “BIB assignment at check-in - Dynamically assign next available BIB” the system will attach the next available BIB number automatically after you click on the registrant. You can save the proposed number by clicking “Save and Check-in” or change it manually (with a system validation if it’s free) or ask the assign next available by clicking the “Assign next available button”.
If you choose the “BIB assignment at check-in - Manually assign BIB” the system will ask you to assign the BIB number after you click on the registrant. Pay attention that the buttons “Save and Check-in”/ “Assign the next available BIB” are not available before you have not attached the BIB number.
You can easily modify all registrant info by clicking the “Update” button. You can also add the team from the allowed teams dropdown, change the sub-event and even change the birth date.
For saving changes please click “Save changes” button.
