RD: How can I change my Organization details or share the access to my event with others?
For changing the Organization details please login here and enter your email address as a username and your password. If you don’t have a password please contact us here. After you login you should select “Organization” on the Navigation bar.
Now you can see and edit your Organization details such as Name, Legal Name, Website and Logo. You can also decide to receive or not receive the bcc confirmation registration emails from every participant.
Check the list of your users easily - just click the “My users” section. Share the access with other Race Directors just adding them to your organization - click the button “Create New User”.
The organizer could add new users including timers access (restricted access - only for registrants reports) or full access for seeing all event information. Just select the Role - Organizer or Timer in the “Role” field and click the “Submit” button.
