RD: How can I keep track of my volunteers?

You can easily keep track of your volunteers by creating a new sub-event.

When you are on your events dashboard, click on “Sub-Events” on the toolbar, you can click on “Create New” to go straight to the “create a new sub-event” page or by clicking “All Sub-Events” then clicking the green “Create a New Sub-Event” button on the bottom right-hand page.

Name it whatever you want to have displayed, for example, “Volunteer Sign Up.” and choose “other” for your sports category.

Additionally, you could create different sub-events with volunteer time slots or duties indicated.
